We are now expanding our training services to include a specialized course for Dental Receptionists.
Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Dental Receptionist Course Instructor to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a comprehensive training program tailored to aspiring dental receptionists. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and the dental industry, with a strong background in dental office administration and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Dental Advisors to develop a structured and engaging course curriculum for the Dental Receptionist training program.
- Create and deliver instructional materials, including lectures, presentations, and practical exercises.
- Conduct classes and training sessions, ensuring a positive and effective learning environment.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in dental office administration.
- Collaborate with OneHub's team to ensure the course aligns with our educational standards and goals.
- Provide input to our Dental application specialist for software training.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office.
- In-depth knowledge of dental office procedures, scheduling, billing, and patient management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Certified Dental Receptionist or relevant certification is a plus.
