NOTRE MISSION
Depuis 1984, Le Groupe Cirque du Soleil mise sur un travail toujours plus créatif et féérique afin de repousser sans cesse les limites de l’imaginaire et surprendre les spectateurs! En tant qu’ambassadeur du Cirque, tu travailleras de concert avec d’autres départements. Dans un environnement dynamique qui requiert beaucoup d’autonomie, tu soutiendras tes collègues de travail.
TA MISSION
- Faire la préparation des repas et assurer leur service à la cafétéria;
- Aider à préparer des menus en fonction de nos budgets;
- Faire la préparation des commandes quotidiennes pour les fournisseurs désignés;
- Aider à nettoyer la cuisine, ranger les inventaires reçus et faire la rotation des inventaires alimentaires;
- Suivre la réglementation gouvernementale en matière de santé et d’hygiène.
TON EXPERTISE UNIQUE
- Un diplôme d’un institut culinaire professionnel (ITHQ au Québec ou l’équivalent);
- Cinq ans d'expérience dans la préparation d’aliments (style buffet);
- Une certification en hygiène et salubrité alimentaire;
- Une efficacité et une rapidité d’exécution;
- Une solide connaissance de la nutrition et un sens accru de service à la clientèle;
- Une grande aisance en anglais, que tu le parles couramment.
