Accounting Manager Position in Condo Management

You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial transactions, guiding policies, and serving as a primary contact for owner relations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to a small team environment are crucial. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up details for new owners in accounting systems
- Ensure accuracy of owner ledgers and financial postings
- Oversee payment processes for vendors via Sparcpay
- Lead month-end and year-end closings and reconciliations
- Provide commentary and analysis on financial statements
- More than 5 years in accounting roles
- CPA designation or related accounting credentials preferred
- Proven ability to manage accounting for multiple entities
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in property management preferred
