- Monitor and support youth in their progress
- Facilitate goal-focused programs in a team
- Conduct case reviews and manage client records
- Prepare meals compliant with dietary guidelines
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques as needed
- Degree in child and youth work or related field
- One year of successful experience in counselling
- Completion of C.I.T. training required
- Current First Aid/CPR certification needed
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
