Transportation Office Admin or Transport data entry experience is a strong asset! What's In it for you?
- This full-time position is available immediately.
- $19.00 with a possible increase upon completion of the probationary period.
- Sunday to Thursday
- 8.00 pm to 4.00 am in office at Dieppe.
- Data Entry: Entering alphanumeric data from physical or digital documents into company systems.
- Verification: Comparing data with source documents to ensure accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Documentation: Sorting, organizing, and scanning files.
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information securely.
- The accurate and timely entry of billing information.
- Typing speed min 50 words with a low error rate
- Fast pace environment
- Attention to detail essential.
- Work with deadlines.
- Experience with Email, Excel, Word, data entry software
- Ability to spot errors in large volumes of data.
- Able to adapt to timelines and workload accordingly.
