What we’re looking for…

At Showcase, the Assistant Store Manager role will awaken and foster your entrepreneurial spirit. The successful candidate is a business developer with a hunger for growth and rewards. A natural leader who is able to wear many hats while managing, engaging and inspiring team members.  Reporting to your Store Manager, you are responsible for the growth of top-line sales and provide an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll be doing…

• Accountable for recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
• Looking for marketing opportunities and participating in Company/Mall initiatives
• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
• Ensure your Team meets sales goals and key metrics
• Executing company standards in all store operations

What you’ll need to be successful…      

• A minimum of 2 years experience with a successful track record in specialty retail, preferably mall-based retail
• An excellent communicator who is not afraid to be in front of an audience
• In tune with various social media platforms
• An effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Demonstration experience an asset
