Programs & Implementation Coordinator

PATHS is seeking a highly organized, relationship-focused Programs & Implementation Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of programs, training and sector initiatives across Saskatchewan.
Working with the Executive Director and PATHS staff across programs, research, training and digital learning, this role combines project coordination, administration, stakeholder follow-up, training logistics, regional implementation and facilitation support.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating project workplans, timelines, action items and documentation
Organizing training logistics, registrations, travel, venues, materials and participant communication
Supporting meetings, Communities of Practice, partner engagement and regional implementation
Supporting virtual and in-person training delivery, including technology and session logistics
Tracking participation, evaluations and project information and supporting routine reporting
Co-facilitating presentations/training and building toward independent delivery of PATHS content
Travelling throughout Saskatchewan for training and implementation
We are looking for someone with excellent organization and follow-through, strong communication and relationship-building skills, strong digital skills, comfort speaking with groups, and the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Relevant education or equivalent experience in human services, adult education, community development, justice, project/program coordination or a related field is preferred.
We're looking for someone with an understanding of, experience with, or genuine interest in work related to intimate partner violence, gender-based violence and family violence. Direct sector experience is an asset, but deep subject-matter expertise is not required.
Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week. Regina-based hybrid position. Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle and regular Saskatchewan travel, including occasional overnight travel, required.
