Construction Project Coordinator

Extol Developments is a construction management firm based in Regina, SK executing both commercial and residential projects. We deliver projects as committed and exceed expectations by providing clear, concise, and timely communication to clients and subtrades.

We are looking for a self starter with an energetic, results oriented work style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. The project coordinator will assist project managers with organization and execution.

Responsibilities:
-Work with project managers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
-Maintain clear communication with clients, colleagues, and subtrades regarding progress and schedules.
-Track and analyze projects scope, schedule, performance, expenditures, procurement, and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, or deficits.
-Translate provided scope and requirements into tasks, then schedule and assign tasks as required.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
-Completed degree in Engineering or diploma in Architectural Technology.
-Experience in Canadian construction fields with an understanding of mechanical, electrical, architectural and structural scopes, and building codes.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
-Ability to work in fast-paced an high-pressure environment while meeting tight deadlines.
-Experienced of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and OneDrive.
-Valid class 5 drivers license, drivers abstract, and criminal record check.
