Position Summary Herauf Modular is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Regina team. The successful candidate will lead modular construction projects from concept to completion while ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are achieved.
Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, production oversight, inspections, and delivery coordination. Prepare project budgets and cost estimates. Review architectural and engineering drawings and develop action plans. Maintain schedules, reports, and project updates. Manage scope, risks, delays, issues, and change orders. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Coordinate procurement and material selections. Oversee permitting, site readiness, utilities, and foundation planning. Manage project closeout, warranties, and client handover. Lead project meetings and communicate priorities, risks, and progress. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications 3 to 5 years of construction or project management experience. Knowledge of modular construction, building codes, and foundation systems. Experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing multiple projects. Proficiency with Monday.com, Procore, or similar software. Valid Class 5 drivers licence and ability to travel.
Preferred Skills Knowledge of permitting processes in Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and Manitoba. Experience working with municipalities and Indigenous communities.
