About the Role, Benefits & Perks:

The Perfect Candidate:
1–3 years of civil construction or pipe laying experience preferred.
Knowledge of underground utilities and municipal construction.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather.
Safety focused and able to work in trenches around heavy equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willing to learn with good communication skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Install underground water, storm, sanitary, and Hydro/Tel utilities.
- Assist with excavation, grading, trench preparation, and backfilling.
- Read grades and work with lasers, levels, and construction drawings.
- Work safely with equipment operators to meet project timelines.
- Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
