We are seeking a seasoned EpicCare Beacon Certified Team Lead or Associate Manager with at least 3-6 years of Healthcare IT experience to enhance oncology workflows. Your responsibilities will involve documenting business processes, working with project teams, and ensuring requirements are met for optimal application performance. You will bridge the gap between client and technical teams, ensuring comprehensive understanding and execution of workflows and data management. Key Responsibilities:
- Document current state business workflows
- Analyze and design new workflows for improvement
- Identify product requirements and use cases clearly
- Collaborate on performance goals with project teams
- Assist in system configuration and integration processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
- Minimum 3-6 years in Healthcare IT with Epic
- Active Epic Beacon Certification required
- Experience in oncology workflows and application support
- Client-facing experience with ITIL familiarity
