3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.Agency experience across several clients at once.Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.Paid media for veterinary or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
