The Senior Manager, R&D Capabilities and Excellence, is key to shaping the future of our R&D organization. You will lead, mentor, and develop a talented team while defining and enhancing our operating model. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality project delivery across the R&D portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop scientists, researchers, and technicians - Implement the R&D capability roadmap for growth - Drive portfolio visibility and performance management - Ensure timely execution of key R&D projects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline - 8–10 years of project management experience - Proven success in building systems and stakeholder engagement - Strong organizational and planning skills - Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
