Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) managing complex projects within the telecommunications industry .Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.G., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.G., MS Project, Jira).Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a remote-first organization.Benefits
