Transformative AI Solutions Architect Role
Andela
Transform AI solutions as an Architect at Andela, stationed in Toronto or New York City. This executive role combines hands-on solution development with customer engagement and strategic direction.
You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through different phases of solution development. This position requires an experienced professional capable of handling full-stack projects, cloud technologies, and building effective proof-of-concepts. Collaborate with teams and leverage your technical know-how to build confidence while ensuring alignment with Andela's mission-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough solutions discovery and pain point assessments
• Design and document custom solutions and architectures
• Develop POCs with effective integration strategies
• Provide leadership and technical insights for customer projects
• Assist with delivery handoff processes and team training
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years customer-facing
• Proficiency in cloud platforms and systems architecture
• Strong technical communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in business problem solving and AI fundamentals
• Background in consulting or startup environments preferred
