What will your typical day look like?

We’re looking for a hands-on Solutions Architect / Engineer with strong full-stack engineering depth who can design, assess, and guide delivery of scalable enterprise solutions.
This is a builder-architect role —someone who can think strategically, evaluate systems, and step into implementation when needed, while leveraging AI and modern engineering practices to accelerate outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Define end-to-end solution architectures across enterprise platforms
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable designs
• Lead solution assessments, option analysis, and technical recommendations
• Provide hands-on guidance to development teams (design, patterns, code quality)
• Drive integration strategy (APIs, events, distributed systems)
• Incorporate AI/agent-based approaches to improve delivery and innovation
• Ensure solutions meet NFRs (performance, scalability, security, reliability)
• Partner with stakeholders to shape solution direction and roadmap
• Build tools, utilities, prototypes and PoC's to test new products and concepts

About the team

Enterprise Architecture provides strategic technology leadership and governance, ensuring solutions
align with business objectives, enterprise standards, security requirements, and long-term technology roadmaps. The team defines architectural principles, reference architectures, solution patterns, and technology strategies that enable scalable, secure, and sustainable digital transformation across the organization.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

Required Experience
• 3+ years in software engineering and solution architecture
• Strong full-stack background (frontend, backend, APIs, integrations)
• Strong experience with .NET, NodeJS and Typescript
• Experience with database technologies
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise systems
• Deep understanding of system design and architecture trade-offs
• Experience with modern integration patterns (REST, event-driven, messaging)
• Strong expertise with AI/GenAI and agent-based development approaches
• GitHub Copilot / Claude Code including CLI experience
• Experience with D evOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills

 

Nice to Have
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow platforms within a broader ecosystem
• Experience building reusable platforms or accelerators

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
