Take on a pivotal role as the Store Manager at LensCrafters in Orleans, Ontario, driving customer service excellence and team performance. Your leadership will ensure optimal store operations. LensCrafters seeks a dedicated Store Manager who can inspire and manage a team to uphold the highest standards in optical care. You'll be responsible for training staff, analyzing performance metrics, and improving the overall customer experience. Partnering with the Doctor of Optometry will be crucial to enhancing store KPIs and ensuring safety in the workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Provide effective team training and coaching
- Analyze performance reports to formulate improvement plans
- Attract and hire top talent to enhance team dynamics
- Maintain safety and operational compliance consistently
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of management experience required
- Strong understanding of optical theory and merchandise
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Basic math proficiency and retail familiarity
