Nanny Wanted - Family In Orleans Seeking Part Time Nanny For One Day A Week ($200 / Day)

Part Time Nanny (One Day per Week) We are a Christian family looking for a warm, engaging, and dependable nanny to care for our two children (one school aged and one infant) one full day per week, with the potential to expand to two days per week in the future. I homeschool our older child but am returning to work part time. The role is primarily to provide loving, attentive care in our clean, welcoming home in a quiet suburban neighbourhood in Orléans while maintaining the rhythm and routines our children are familiar with. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Warm, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children
• Proactive and able to take initiative throughout the day
• Comfortable following an established daily routine
• Confident multitasking between the needs of an infant and a school aged child
• Able to guide simple, open and go homeschool lessons during the afternoon while the younger child naps (no lesson planning or preparation required)

Our children enjoy spending time outdoors, so activities may include neighbourhood walks and visits to nearby parks, along with creative play, reading, and other educational activities at home. An asset would be someone who is comfortable helping prepare supper ingredients before the end of the day to help our family transition into the evening. Responsibilities

• Full day care for two children (school aged and infant)
• Child supervision and engagement
• Leading simple homeschool activities
• Planning educational and age appropriate activities
• Light housekeeping related to maintaining tidy children’s spaces and common areas
• Basic meal preparation
• Maintaining our family’s daily routine

Requirements

• Christian preferred
• Criminal Record Check required
• Valid First Aid certification is an asset
• Reliable transportation to and from our home is required (no transportation of the children is necessary)
