Contract Duration: 12 Months (with potential extension)
Pay Rate/Salary: up to $39/hr DOE.
Location: North Bay, Ontario (up to 4 days in-office)

With a strong commitment to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement, they are seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction activities within a fast-paced project environment.
Your New Role
As Project Coordinator, you will support construction and integrity projects through purchase order management, cost tracking, vendor coordination, and project reporting. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will help ensure projects are set up accurately, costs are effectively managed, and reporting requirements are delivered according to the schedule.
What You Will Do
- Coordinate purchase order creation, tracking, maintenance, and closeout activities
- Monitor project costs, commitments, forecasts, and vendor invoices
- Support monthly project reporting and financial updates
- Assist with project setup, administration, documentation, and project closeout activities
- Work closely with vendors, Supply Chain, Finance, and project teams to resolve procurement and invoice-related issues
- Maintain accurate project data, records, and reporting information
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and key action items
- Ensure compliance with established project controls, governance, and reporting requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project controls or project administration
- Working knowledge of construction projects and project execution processes
- Experience with purchase order management, invoicing, procurement tracking, and cost control
- Strong financial coordination and reporting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project tracking/reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Post-secondary education in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
