Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a painter to join our team. No experience is required as I offer in-house training. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes on various surfaces while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Read and interpret planners to determine the scope of work required.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and preferences professionally.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements
- Own a vehicle with a valid driver's licence
- Can work full-time starting Mid-April
- Willing to learn new skills
- Coachable
- Eager to enhance the business
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to painting tasks.
- Ability to read Planners and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- A background in carpentry is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
