Senior Engineer for Healthcare Platforms

In this role, your technical leadership will guide the Canada B2C Digital Solution team in implementing monitoring and observability strategies essential for operational excellence. You will take the lead on incident management, develop scalable solutions, and mentor engineering teams to uphold the highest standards in platform reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct observability strategies across enterprise platforms
• Implement performance monitoring and alerting solutions
• Manage incident response and service restoration activities
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses
• Coach engineering teams on best operational practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Software Engineering roles
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven track record in incident management and production support
• Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud environments, and observability tools
• Experience with scalable and resilient system architectures
