L’agente ou agent de projet fournit des services de soutien aux programmes à la directrice et gestionnaire ou au directeur et gestionnaire des programmes en français afin de faciliter la prestation de programmes d’enseignement en français à tous les élèves du territoire.

  • Expérience dans la prestation de services financiers tels que le rapprochement de comptes, les comptes créditeurs et le remboursement des frais de déplacement.
  • Compétences avérées en administration (logistique, organisation de déplacement, gestion des ressources de programmes, etc.).
  • Expérience de travail avec les partenaires communautaires, les parties prenantes et différents paliers de gouvernements.
  • Expérience démontrée de l’utilisation de divers programmes informatiques, y compris les logiciels de comptabilité, les systèmes de base de données et Excel.
  • Expérience dans la prestation d’un service à la clientèle bilingue (français/anglais) considérée comme un atout.

  • Expérience récente en matière de soutien financier, notamment en ce qui concerne le rapprochement des comptes, les comptes fournisseurs et les remboursements de frais de déplacement.
  • Faire preuve de motivation et pouvoir travailler autant seule qu’en équipe;
  • Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication bilatérale;
  • Posséder un grand sens de l’organisation et avoir le souci du détail.
  • Pouvoir adopter une approche fortement axée sur la clientèle.
  • En plus de ce qui précède, les candidats seront évalués sur leur maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

Conditions d'emploi

Avoir et maintenir une connaissance solide et une maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, être capable et disposé à fonctionner de manière satisfaisante dans les deux langues et réussir le niveau de compétence linguistique requis pour le poste.

The Project Officer provides program support services to the Director and Manager, French Language Programs to assist in the effective delivery of French Language instructional programming to all students across the Territory.

Essential Qualifications

  • Recent experience providing financial support, including account reconciliation, accounts payable, and travel reimbursements.
  • Experience in administrative tasks such as logistics, travel coordination, and program resource management.
  • Experience working effectively with community partners, stakeholders, and various levels of government.
  • Experience using various computer programs, including accounting software, database systems, and Excel.
  • Experience delivering bilingual (French/English) customer service is considered an asset.

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

  • In addition to the above, candidates will be assessed on their French and English language proficiency.

Conditions of Employment

Have and maintain a sound knowledge and command of English and French, that you are able and willing to function satisfactorily in both languages and successful pass the language proficiency level required for the position.
