We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented admin assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming emails; assist with general inquires
- Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems
- Support other admin tasks as required by the management
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite & QuickBooks will be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff and clients.
- Attention to detail
WORKING HOURS WILL BE MON- FRI 8:30AM- 3:30PM
