Spiritual Leader as Rector and Dean

Be the spiritual leader at The Cathedral Church of St John as Rector and Dean in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Drive the mission of the Diocese of Rupert’s Land while enriching parish life and worship.
St John's Cathedral seeks a dedicated priest who balances deep faith with administrative and liturgical leadership. This role will serve the congregation through pastoral sensitivity and skilled management of church activities. The Rector will focus on maintaining a strong music tradition and engaging the parish community effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all liturgical practices and church activities
• Develop and guide outreach and reconciliation programs
• Manage the administration of the Cathedral parish
• Inspire children’s ministry and family engagement
• Work in tandem with the Bishop for diocesan goals
Requirements:
• Established spiritual maturity as an Anglican priest
• Competence in leading various liturgical formats
• Strong collaboration skills with clergy and laity
• Experience in administrative church functions
• A commitment to Gospel witness and community involvement
