Senior HR Leader: NFI Vice President
NFI Group Inc.
Lead NFI's people strategies as the Vice President, People and Culture. Focus on cultivating leadership and enhancing organizational culture through strategic initiatives.
Reporting to the Executive VP, you will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to foster both leadership development and organizational culture. Your role will encompass the management of talent frameworks and the innovative execution of programs that enhance workforce engagement. This is a vital position for an experienced HR leader passionate about driving sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop leadership and culture strategies for the enterprise
• Lead business unit talent management and succession planning
• Collaborate on compensation and benefits design
• Implement performance management and inclusion initiatives
Requirements:
• 15+ years in HR leadership, especially enterprise-facing
• Experience in unionized and multi-jurisdictional settings
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen
• Capability in managing complex change
• Up to 25% travel required
