Construction Superintendent - School New Build - General Contractor

Job Description
- Oversee all phases of the school new build project, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate and manage on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a productive and positive work environment.
- Implement solutions to overcome construction challenges and ensure project success.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Superintendent - School New Build should have:
- Strong experience in institutional construction projects, preferably school builds.
- Proven ability to manage ground-up new build projects as a Site Superintendent.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
