Building Maintenance Worker Lucid Corp. Location 390 Orenda Road Brampton, ON Salary 36.00 hourly / 40 hours per week Full time Starts as early as 2026-09-14 Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse Empty trash cans and other waste containers Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs Perform minor repairs on appliances Perform safety and security checks Supervise other workers Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair Work with minimal supervision Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas Until: 2026-08-02
