Building Maintenance Worker Brampton Hardwood Floors Ltd. Location 75 West Drive Brampton, ON Salary 37.00 hourly / 30 hours per week Full time Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 7 months to less than 1 year Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Various Locations Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Work under pressure Repetitive Handling heavy loads Physically demanding Personal suitability Dependability Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Initiative Judgement Organized Reliability Between 11:00 a.m. and 04:30 p.m. Until: 2026-05-02
