Global Director, Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization

Vention

Vention is seeking an execution‑oriented Director of Procurement to lead global supplier management and cost optimization initiatives across our rapidly growing hardware platform. This role will improve gross margins, strengthen supply chain resiliency, and scale procurement operations to support global expansion.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding of manufacturing with world‑class negotiation skills, should‑cost modeling, and cross‑functional partnership with engineering,
