Billing and Systems Analyst

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Billing and Systems Analyst to join our team. In this key role, you will oversee and optimize the customer billing process, act as a subject matter expert for billing systems and projects and ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency across Order to Cash activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Billing Process
  • Ensure accurate and timely data transfer to vendors for customer billing and invoicing
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our transactional flow and billing portfolio (quantity and cost)
  • Assist with vendor relationship management
  • Support and collaborate cross-functionally on the implementation and maintenance of billing programs, including Budget Billing and rental plans
• Project Ownership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Take ownership of projects involving billing systems and the broader Order to Cash cycle
  • Actively participate in and drive collaborative solutioning across teams
  • Maintain a big-picture perspective—challenge the status quo and contribute to best-in-class long-term planning
  • Provide timely updates to managers and stakeholders on project status and system changes
• Master Data Management
  • Manage exception reporting and ensure data integrity
  • Perform updates and maintenance to support accuracy and alignment across systems
• Perform other duties as required to support team and organizational priorities

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in billing and systems-related roles
• Proven understanding of billing systems and optimization best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in dynamic or newly established organizations
• Ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and work with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
