Job Description

14-Month Contract

Job Summary:

RW&CO. is seeking a creative, agile, and highly organized Marketing Content Specialist to bring our brand stories to life across all channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting brand and content initiatives that connect with our community across Canada and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write compelling, brand-right copy for social media, newsletters, paid media, product features, and other customer-facing touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a unified voice and consistent storytelling.
• Support seasonal campaigns, PR initiatives, influencer strategies, and events
• Contribute original, on-brand concepts to creative briefs and campaign development.
• Help manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and marketing schedules.
• Coordinate media sample requests and support special projects such as influencer events.
• Conduct ongoing competitive research to identify content and campaign trends.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• College degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, or copywriting.
• Bilingual (French and English) , with strong written communication skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, fashion-forward content ideas.
• Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with fashion, lifestyle brands, or direct-to-consumer retail is an asset.
