Bilingual Corporate Recruiter Remote

Use English and French recruiting expertise remotely from Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal while managing full-cycle hiring for corporate functions.

This experienced Bilingual Recruiter supports a large corporate talent acquisition team. You will manage approximately 30 active requisitions across departments, partnering with hiring managers and advising stakeholders. The work covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, and hiring coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer stage
• Develop sourcing strategies with hiring managers
• Screen, interview, and select candidates
• Provide recruitment consultation and market insights
• Coordinate background checks and hiring processes

Requirements:

• Full English and French bilingual proficiency
• Five-plus years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Corporate and recruitment agency experience
• Post-secondary education
• Strong organizational and communication skills
