Primary Duties
- Handle Incoming Cancellation Calls and perform Outbound call activities for past due policies
- Handle direct returning incoming calls as a result of outbound activities.
- Follow up on customer issues regarding claims, billing or other service concerns.
- Assist customers in redrafting payments to existing accounts, set up new account information, or collect needed premium via credit card.
- Cross sell over the phone. Process routine requests for service items.

Responsabilités principales
- Gérer les appels entrants concernant les annulations et faire des appels sortants pour les polices d'assurance impayées.
- Faire le suivi des appels entrants suite aux appels sortants.
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers des clients concernant les réclamations, la facturation ou tout autre problème de service.
- Aider les clients à régler leurs soldes impayés en modifiant les informations de leurs comptes existants, en créant de nouveaux comptes ou en encaissant les paiements de primes par carte de crédit.
- Offrir des ventes croisées par téléphone.
- Traiter les demandes de service courantes.
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bilingualism in French and English is required to ensure effective communication with all Chubb stakeholders outside Quebec.
- College diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Ideally be licensed in Accident & Sickness, and Life.
- Ability to multi-task, talking with customers while completing paperwork and system changes.
- Outgoing and engaging conversation skills.
- Sales acumen, business sense.
- Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
- Previous contact center experience required.
- Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Physical Environment: In Office (5 days).
- Flexible Scheduling: Adjustments to the work schedule may be necessary based on business demands.
