Director of Youth Services Programming in Niagara

Shape the future of youth at Family and Children’s Services Niagara as the Youth Services and Programming Lead. Oversee essential child programs and drive community collaboration. In this full-time role, you will manage daily operations of key youth programs and ensure staff are empowered to deliver quality services. Your responsibilities include supervising program staff, planning group activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to elevate the agency's mission. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery protocols, enhancing the overall support provided to young people. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall youth programming and staff supervision
- Create and evaluate service delivery improvements
- Attend case conferences and lead supervision sessions
- Approve and monitor program budgets
- Foster relationships with community and agency partners
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum three years in a leadership role in Child Welfare
- Strong knowledge of youth service legislation
- Effective crisis intervention skills
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
