Ton emploi
- Agir comme expert ou experte en crédit et partenaire stratégique sur des transactions de financement commercial complexes de 5 M$ et plus, incluant les transferts d’entreprises tels que rachats par endettement, rachats par la direction ainsi que fusions et acquisitions.
- Analyser en profondeur les dossiers de crédit selon les normes établies et formuler des recommandations claires, structurées et adaptées aux instances décisionnelles.
- Structurer et autoriser des solutions de crédit complexes en identifiant les risques, en proposant des stratégies d’atténuation et en veillant à l’alignement avec les objectifs des clientes et clients et l’appétit de risque de la Banque.
- Accompagner les partenaires internes, les centres d’influence, les prospects et la clientèle tout au long du cycle des transactions, incluant les activités de vérification diligente.
- Présenter et défendre les demandes de crédit auprès des comités d’approbation et contribuer à la négociation des modalités et conditions avec les parties prenantes internes.
- Contribuer au développement d’initiatives stratégiques régionales en Solutions de financement et agir comme personne‑ressource en expertise de crédit commercial à l’échelle régionale.
Prérequis
- Être titulaire d’un certificat universitaire et posséder neuf ans d’expérience pertinente; ou détenir un baccalauréat et posséder sept ans d’expérience pertinente; ou détenir une maîtrise et posséder cinq ans d’expérience pertinente.
- Démontrer une solide expérience en analyse et structuration de crédit commercial dans un environnement de services financiers.
- Posséder une expérience reconnue dans la gestion de transactions de financement complexes et d’envergure, dans divers secteurs d’activité.
- Maîtriser l’analyse des états financiers et les principes comptables appliqués au crédit commercial.
- Posséder une expérience en structuration de transactions, en processus d’adjudication et en participation à des comités d’approbation.
