Strategic Projects Execution Lead

We are currently looking for a Strategic Projects Execution Lead to help bring our strategy to life. This role plays a key part in coordinating and driving the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives by ensuring our strategic priorities move from ideas into action in a structured, consistent, and impactful way.
As the Strategic Projects Execution Lead, you will work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are well-planned, aligned, and progressing effectively. You'll be at the center of execution and help teams stay organized, accountable, and focused on results.
Key areas of focus include:
Coordinating and supporting execution of strategic projects across the organization
Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones
Tracking progress, risks, and dependencies to keep initiatives on track
Supporting leadership with updates, reporting, and decision-making materials
Facilitating communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders
Identifying bottlenecks and helping maintain momentum
Supporting operational readiness and implementation of new initiatives
Contributing to tools, frameworks, and processes that strengthen how we deliver on strategy
Qualifications:
You are someone who brings structure and follow-through to complex work and enjoys working across teams to move things forward. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and helping others stay aligned and accountable.
You likely have:
A degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or a related area
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage timelines, track progress, and follow through on commitments
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence working with leaders and influencing without direct authority
Experience with project or change management practices
