Weyburn Credit Union looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team on a temporary contract. In this role, youll play an important part in turning data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization and strengthen marketing performance.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, youll serve as a key resource for marketing analytics, supporting data-driven decision-making across campaigns, digital platforms, website performance, and CRM systems. Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance reporting, support initiatives like our Member Spark Rewards Program, and ensure data integrity across systems. From developing dashboards and analyzing campaign results to identifying trends, forecasting outcomes, and improving the overall member experience, your work will help shape strategic initiatives across the organization. Were looking for someone who brings strong analytical thinking, a collaborative and service-focused approach, and the ability to turn complex data into insights others can easily understand and act on.
Qualifications:
Experience with data analysis, reporting and marketing performance measurement. Familiarity with tools such as CRM platforms, Google Analytics, or similar analytics tools (SQL or coding experience is an asset).
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and present to non-technical audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization, time management, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
