As our Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will take full ownership of a vital customer touchpoint: orchestrating the delivery of our recurring revenue subscriptions and in-field system entitlements.

Moving beyond traditional back-office administration, you will serve as the operational catalyst that turns closed sales into active customer value. You will gain end-to-end exposure across sales operations, product licensing, and customer enablement—working closely with Technical Support, Customer Support, and Sales Enablement teams in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

In this high-impact position, you will move beyond traditional back-office administration to lead end-to-end fulfillment for recurring revenue products. You will gain rich cross-functional exposure across sales operations, SaaS licensing, and customer enablement while directly influencing global recurring revenue momentum.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Own Recurring Revenue & Subscription Fulfillment (Primary Focus)

• Drive Subscription Delivery: Lead the end-to-end fulfillment of Sales Order (SO) deliverables for recurring revenue products, ensuring prompt, accurate, and seamless subscription activation for customers.
• Power In-Field System Entitlements: Generate and distribute authorization codes, system configuration files, firmware warranty extension codes, and hardware warranty extension notifications.
• Master Product Mechanics: Build a solid operational grasp of subscription logic, entitlement models, and product licensing tiers
• Lead Process Ownership: Champion the successful migration of fulfillment workflows from Technical Support into Sales Enablement, elevating efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Core Sales Operations Partner & Operations Backup

• Cross-Functional Operations Backup: Become fully trained in core order processing workflows to serve as an indispensable backup during peak quarter-end pushes, high-volume periods, and team leaves.
• Quotation & Order Execution: Create and review sales quotations, review incoming purchase orders, and accurately process both sales and service orders in line with corporate standards.
• RMA & Systems Coordination: Issue and track Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and assist in coordinating loaner equipment and demonstration systems.

Systems Optimization & Database Quality

• Salesforce Database Excellence: Maintain clean, accurate records in Salesforce, providing user feedback to help our systems team streamline order workflows.
• Platform Innovation: Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing for upcoming sales enablement tools and CRM enhancements.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, order administration, customer support, or SaaS subscription fulfillment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field is a plus).
• Software Savvy: Direct experience with Salesforce and Navision is highly preferred. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard office productivity platforms is required.
• Subscription Aptitude: Strong capability to understand subscription lifecycles, recurring revenue structures, and entitlement code generation.
• Detail & Accuracy Mindset: Meticulous attention to detail when generating license codes, reviewing financial POs, and managing customer data.
• Collaborative Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to build trust across Sales Operations, Technical Support, and Customer Support.
• Agility & Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the organizational flair to manage competing daily priorities in a fast-paced technology business.
