Fashion Retail Sales Associate

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary We are seeking an extrovert, motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are well-presented.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system while adhering to phone etiquette during customer interactions.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks as needed.
• Promote fashion clothings by taking and editing selfie pictures and take part of responsibilities to update social media platforms from time to time.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered in the store.
• Ability to use tiktok or instagram or little-red-book

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
