As a Returns Credit Processor, you will effectively sort merchandise returns from Dealers and issue appropriate credits as required. Led by the Supervisor, Returns, this opportunity will best suit someone who has strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Shift available: Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 11:00pm - training will take place on day shift for 2-3 weeks. Ready to make an impact? Here's how: - Process returned items, assuring proper credit and adjustments are performed for accuracy.
- Repackage and prepare items with proper information for returning into inventory or to the manufacturer.
- Contact Suppliers to coordinate and arrange return of defective goods.
- Answer inquiries from Dealers; investigate and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
We're looking for: - Distribution experience and knowledge considered an asset.
- General computer skills and familiarity with WM (Manhattan knowledge, MC experience, etc.), Oracle, Windows, and Outlook.
- Effective communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- A reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physical activities, including lifting up to and including 60+ lbs.
- Willingness to work additional hours when needed.
- Ability to train on day shift for approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
- The ability to be onsite 5 days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate the needs of the role.
