Production Manager for AAA Game Development

Lead a diverse team in creating AAA video games as a Production Manager at Motive. Manage project execution and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve game development goals. Motive is seeking a Production Manager (Development Manager) to drive the development of a AAA video game. This leadership role involves managing team interactions, project tracking, and risk mitigation alongside Producers. You will cultivate strong communication and project management to deliver high-quality results on time. Key Responsibilities:

• 2 shipped games throughout your career
• Experience in game development team collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
