• Design and deliver targeted communication plans Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 10+ years in Organizational Change Management
• Prosci Change Management Certification required
• Experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools and communication planning Utilize your change management skills to support transformative initiatives at Magna, enhancing operational effectiveness.
