We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships with app developers and mobile marketers. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong track record in business development and app marketing

Minimum 5 years of business development experience in mobile marketing, digital advertising, or ad tech.

• Proven experience in app marketing campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPR models preferred).
• Strong understanding of mobile DSPs, user acquisition, and in-app traffic.
• English – native or fluent
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet revenue targets, and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

Nice to have:

•  Existing network of app developers, advertisers, or UA managers.
• Experience working with DSPs, programmatic buying, or mobile ad networks.
• Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.)

• Develop and manage partnerships with mobile apps, gaming companies, and advertisers to promote their campaigns via our agency and DSP.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals with app developers, advertisers, and media buyers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (media buying, operations, and tech) to optimize campaign performance.
• Stay updated on mobile marketing trends, ad tech, and competitor strategies.
