EPMO Project Analyst

Job Summary:

As part of the Enterprise PMO, the Project Analyst will assist the Manager, EPMO Support Services in defining and implementing project management processes, standards and best practices. The analyst will play a key role in the governance processes at the project and program level to support effective decision making by the appropriate governance body. During program execution, the Project Analyst will be responsible for gathering data that is collected through the PMO-defined processes, analyzing the data and preparing program status reports.

The Project Analyst plays a central role between all business units to ensure alignment of capabilities delivered by project teams to the needs of the business. Provides support from initiation to the time where benefits of business cases are realized. Regularly works with problems or initiatives to achieve clearly defined requirements, bridge gaps where information is limited and/or complex.

Qualifications:
Completion of a diploma in project management, finance, computer science, data analytics, or a related discipline supplemented with 5 years of experience demonstrating the following:

Proven record of project delivery experience on projects involving business, IT and vendors as well as projects related to large/complex transformation programs.
Development and/or evaluation of service delivery related key performance indicators.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in analyzing project data, leading and lagging indicators, predictive analysis, trend analysis and/or producing insights to optimize performances
Successfully interacting with key stakeholders and leadership in communicating status, problem resolution, risk and issue analysis.
Demonstrated ability to maintain respectful and collaborative working relationships with various teams and employees at all levels through integrity, influential leadership, diplomatic and tactful communications.
