MORNING SHIFT
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process warranty adjustment data into SAP based on inspection reports.
- Review and verify warranty claims for completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with warranty inspectors and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital and manual records of processed adjustment claims.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Generate reports and summaries for internal stakeholders as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data accuracy and work flow efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warranty processes in the automotive or tire industry is a strong asset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
- Experience working in the tire or automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is required.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, (30 min lunch + 2 breaks x 15 minutes/day).
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Regular interaction with warehouse or inspection teams.
