A leading packaging manufacturer in Mississauga is looking for a shift production supervisor to join their busy team.

Compensation

• $80,000 – $85,000*

Position Description

• Lead and oversee the shift production operations of packaging manufacturer
• Coordinate and assign tasks to production staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Train, mentor, and develop production team members to enhance their skills and productivity
• Collaborate with the morning production supervisor to ensure a seamless transition of work
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness
• Manage and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Experience

• Available for shift work
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a print/packaging facility
• Strong understanding of print packaging processes, equipment, and materials
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency
