Oversee financial reporting engagements while supporting team development and enhancing service delivery. BDO Canada seeks a Manager for its Financial Reporting & Insights division. In this role, you will manage financial reporting and compilation projects, ensuring accuracy and quality. You’ll also provide technical leadership and support across various engagements while maintaining strong client relationships and driving efficiency through digital tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting and compilation engagements effectively
- Review financial statements and prepare tax returns
- Guide and mentor team members for excellence
- Ensure projects meet timelines and budget requirements
- Enhance client experience through strong relationships
- CPA designation is mandatory
- 2-3 years in a managerial role in public accounting
- Expertise in compilations and tax compliance
- Proficiency in Caseware, Sage, and QuickBooks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
