Product Incubation Manager for Software Innovation

- Drive software product ideas from concept to MVP realization
- Facilitate ideation workshops and refine product concepts
- Challenge assumptions and validate early business cases
- Coordinate with engineering teams for MVP development
- Track project progress and report on timelines
- University degree in Business Informatics or related field
- 5 years of experience in product development or agile project management
- Strong understanding of Agile processes
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
