- Champion the execution of the Arc'teryx Vision
- Lead the team in achieving customer service excellence
- Facilitate training that empowers team growth
- Oversee community engagement initiatives and store events
- Assess team needs for future staffing and development
- 2-3 years of retail management experience
- Ability to motivate and develop future leaders
- Proven skills in financial performance management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deep passion for outdoor activities and brand alignment
