Global Commercial Strategic Marketing Intern

Johnson & Johnson seeks a commercial strategy co-op intern to support launch readiness and market development for Gem-iDRS. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with commercial, medical affairs, and analytics teams on strategic initiatives in pharmaceutical commercialization and oncology.
Responsibilities
- Support process improvement and organizational excellence initiatives for commercial strategy team
- Engage across cross-functional projects with commercial, medical affairs, and market access teams
- Manage key opinion leader engagement and stakeholder relationship activities
- Generate market insights and analysis to inform business strategy
Requirements
- Rising junior or senior undergraduate student, or MBA student
- Coursework in healthcare administration, life sciences, biology, public health, business, marketing, or pharmaceutical sciences
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare, biopharmaceuticals, commercial strategy, or market research
- Permanently authorized to work in U.S., no visa sponsorship required
- Experience with project leadership, research, data analysis, or student organizations preferred
